The NI Dynamic Positioning Operator Scheme Changes |

The Nautical Institute has made amendments to the Dynamic Positioning Operator Certification Scheme in their January 2012 revision. As of 1 January 2012 the entry qualifications into the scheme have been tightened to now only available to deck officers holding STCW II/1, II/2, II/3 certificates and engineers holding STCW III/1, III/2, III/3 certificates.
